"The pause between ideas—where clarity begins."
I’m Dash—a Florida native, graphic artist, photographer, and independent author.
For more than fifteen years, I’ve worked with small businesses, large organizations, and entrepreneurs throughout Central Florida and beyond. My work spans print design, digital collateral for web and social media, professional photography, and creative consulting.
I grew up in Winter Springs, FL, and discovered photography right out of high school while searching for a new creative outlet. After community college gave me my first real foundation in the craft, I was accepted into the Savannah College of Art and Design (Go Bees!), where I studied photography and was introduced to the world of graphic design.
In the summer of 2009, I landed an internship with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection as a photographer, capturing imagery across state parks and outdoor activities for their marketing efforts.
My first professional design project after college was a logo redesign for Bitter’s Bait and Tackle in Longwood, FL—a project that opened the door to the fishing industry, a space I’ve been passionate about ever since.
In 2019, a series of my images documenting the Running 4 Heroes campaign was published by Scholastic, and several of those photos were also featured on Hollywood Access Live.
In 2021 and 2022, I showcased two different works internationally at the Lacuna Festivals.
And in 2023, I became a self‑published author with the release of my “On Green” series, followed by a sequel in 2024.
With the support of my wife, Alyson, and the love of our little dog, Rosie, I continue to create and push new boundaries in photography, graphic design, and writing.
